"We want to let you know how thoroughly please we are with the service you provided us as we were building our home. Your expertise was apparent and your customer attentiveness was exemplary. One of the things I liked about your service, among many others, is how you were always on time when we were scheduled to meet at the site. Another is how you acted as an advocate for us. It almost seemed as if you are taking meticulous care of your own home and not someone else's. I appreciate how you got the city to put in a drain at the end of our street and how you contacted people in authoritative positions to be sure that certain things were accomplished and how you attended the drywall walk through on my behalf while I was out of town on business."
